A 42 foot commercial kitchen trailer does the heavy lifting at Old North State Catering. Outfitted and maintained by Southbend Commercial Kitchen Equipment in Fuquay-Varina, it is a chef's dream kitchen ... on wheels. A partial equipment list includes a 40 gallon tilt swiss braiser, two gas convection ovens, two large gas fryers, 8 gas burners, 3 foot griddle, warming/proofing cabinet, 20 foot vent hood, four commercial coolers, speed racks, LP Gas continuous water heater, three compartment commercial sink, hand wash sink, fresh and waste water holding tanks, and a 12,500 watt Onan Quiet Power on-board generator. The tow vehicle is a four door Cheverolet Kodiak 5500 that, when paired up with the kitchen trailer, shows all who see it that we are passionate about food, our equipment, our reputation, but most importantly our customer's experience with Old North State Catering.
